Cancellations
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice no cancellation fee will apply.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled cost, unless reason of cancellation is deemed an exceptional circumstance.
No-Shows
A no-show is defined as failing to attend an appointment without notice or arriving so late that an appointment cannot be carried out.
No-show appointments may be charged at 100% of the scheudled appointment fee.
Late Arrivals
We understand delays can happen, however we cannot guarantee the full appointment time if this delay is to impact other patients.
A late arrival will be charged the full fee, or excessively late arrival may be treated as a no-show.
Staff Cancellations
In the rare event that JB Sport Rehab needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be given as much notice as possible, not be charged and you will be offered an alternative appointment.
JB Sport Rehab is not liable for any associated costs from appointment changes.
