Injury Assessment - Initial (60-min)
£50.00
Thorough injury assessment for a new or long-standing injury - including pre-operative, post-operative, pre-diagnosed and more!
Appointments will cover injury history, a thorough examination, treatment and next steps.
We prioritise safe, appropriate and progressive exercise for more injuries so we will prescribe, demonstrate and provide rehabilitation programmes and tools to help track your progress.
Injury Follow-Up (30/45-min)
£30 - 30-min
£40 - 45-min
Once you have received an initial assessment, these sessions provide opportunity to monitor progress, receive treatment, and manage your rehabilitation programme.
Available as 30- or 45- minute appointments depending on what service is needed, advised by your practitioner during your initial appointment.
Soft Tissue Massage (30/60-min)
£30 - 30-min
£45 - 60-min
Scientifically proven to support recovery and aid injury rehabilitation.
Your practitioner can provide a range of techniques to release tension, improve blood flow and drainage, and support mobility - advised alongside a training or rehabilitation programme.
Please note we do not currently accept insurance referrals.
We welcome patients of any age and you are welcome to bring a chaperone to your appointment.
Under 18s must bring a guardian to their appointment.
Please note, we are a cashless service. Payment made via online booking system or in-person contactless payments.
